LEP currency: Lepcoins

Using photoshop, Conor and I designed the LEP currency for LEPIII called 'Lepcoins'. Taking inspiration from GBP pound-notes, I created a similar layout but with an LEP twist. The top left-hand corner features an 'L' instead of a pound sign; the top right-hand corner presents the "Bank of LEP"; the middle supports the LEP logo; to its right is either the face of Thatcher and Reagan, Trump, May, Boris, the Koch brothers, Putin, Zuckerberg, Cameron, Clinton, Gove, Blair and Bush, Merkel, and Darth Vader (depending on the currency amount); and the bottom left-hand corner presents the phrase, "I promise the bearer of this note a lifetime of debt and slavery."

The 20, 50 and 100 Lepcoin notes also present melting ink drips, which were inspired by my sculpting practice of melting wood.

*This blog post has been back-dated for continuity purposes. Lepcoin notes were originally designed on 9th June 2016. Photograph was taken by Conor Heaney.
